In recent days Davide Conti donated to Dr. Raffaella Fontanarossa, curator of the Guido and Anna Rocca Museum of Chiavari chairs, and in the presence of Paolo Levaggi of the Fratelli Levaggi company, and some members of the board of the institution “Chiavari Economic Society” (the vice-president Francesco Bruzzo and the commissioners Margherita Casaretto ), a model of Chiavarina Supercolor, developed for Fratelli Levaggi in 2011 and still today produced and marketed all over the world. The chair, which has been donated with a special dedication, will then be preserved and exhibited since the opening of the Museum that will take place in 2018.

In fact, thanks to Anna Marchese and Guido Rocca and with the help and promotion of the Chiavari Economic Society will be set up in the former Guido Rocca factory, the first Chiavari chair museum known all over the world and appreciated by the best international designers and architects. The process to build the archive of the museum, considered as a work in progress, he intends to collect documents, objects and oral narratives so that Chiavari”s chairs history becomes a shared heritage and better-known, starting with the Chiavari community at national and international level.
