Si terra’ dal prossimo 30 novembre 2016 al 4 dicembre 2016 la prima WIDC ( World Industrial Design Conference ) presso il Liangzhu Mengqi Town of Designers di Hangzhou nella regione cinese dello Zheijiang. Un evento globale dedicato allo sviluppo dell’ industria del design, co-fondato da CIDA ( China Industrial Design Association ) ed imprese, istituzioni, ed universita’ del design provenienti da oltre 20 paesi al mondo. Il Presidente di ADI Luciano Galimberti, la professoressa del Politecnico di Milano Marinella Ferrara nel board di ADI e Davide Conti, General manager di ADI Cina presenzieranno all’ evento come ospiti d’ onore in rappresentanza di ADI. Il WIDC è una piattaforma ideata per lo scambio internazionale e la cooperazione, che mira a promuovere l’innovazione nel design, l’integrazione e lo sviluppo economico e sociale. Il WIDC accoglie con favore Istituzioni del design ed aziende provenienti da tutto il mondo, nel rispetto del principio di uguaglianza, condivisione, win-win e sulla base di apertura e di cooperazione. I membri del WIDC lavoreranno assieme per tracciare le linee guida di un modello per lo sviluppo dell’ industria del design mondiale ed assieme si impegneranno a promuovere il design innovativo contribuendo cosi’ allo sviluppo economico, del progresso sociale ed infine dello sviluppo sostenibile della civilta’ umana. Il WIDC propone al suo interno organizzazioni come enti governativi, imprese, universita’, istituti di ricerca di tutti i paesi del mondo per costruire un’ innovativa piattaforma di condivisione delle risorse per il design che condividi risorse delle aziende, talenti, economie e ricerca. Per contribuire ad avere una saggezza del design per un mondo migliore.
